Cedar Point Marketplace
Cedar Point needed an online presence for their merchandise department; the store needed to by easy to manage and yet be customizable to their unique needs.
WDD Online implemented a packaged webstore solution with source code that could be modified as needed. All merchandise and order management is taken care of by Cedar Point staff. Cedar Point staff can add, edit, and delete items at any point. Inventory management and order reports make managing the online store simple and easy. Cross-selling and kitting are also built-in functions.
Special display needs, shipping options, and tax issues are programmed by WDD Online. When a new need arises, WDD Online is able to modify the code to make it happen -- no obstacles like "sorry, our store can't do that".
The store is easy to navigate and offers the customer a comfortable, familiar online shopping experience. Merchandise is sorted both by type and by specific attraction as well as offering a site-wide search. Coupons, sale pricing, special pricing for members, email-a friend, special instructions, and wish lists are also available.
