Jeff Prystajko
Every weekday morning, you'll find Jeff sitting comfortably in his cozy executive
chair, staring at dual monitors with obnoxiously small resolutions, meticulously
manipulating pixels until he's satisfied with whatever design or project he's
working on. When it's time to put the mouse down, however, you'll find his
head in the clouds – literally – as he's probably either riding the world's
tallest, fastest roller coasters, or plummeting 150mph towards the ground after
leaping out of a perfectly good airplane. Regardless of the activity, it's
all one big rush.
“At work I'm extremely gratified to have an amazing amount of creative freedom
as I develop projects, which helps ensure that the job rarely – if ever – feels
tiring or ‘old'. Then afterwards, I'll hop in my car and spend the rest of
my evening at the dropzone or Cedar Point – Life doesn't get much more exciting
than that.” (Though he'll insist spending time at the park is for “research
purposes”, of course!)
Jeff recently graduated in 2004 from the Rochester Institute of Technology
with an MBA degree, which followed his undergraduate Information Technology
B.S. degree in 2002 from the same institution. He's experienced with a variety
of graphics applications including Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and Flash; he also
has delved into web programming, database interaction, 3D graphics and animation,
and photography.
And if being the Best Insane Webmaster on the Planet™ wasn't enough... after having ridden nearly 300 different roller
coasters and jumped from a plane about 800 times, he can't wait for more!
